We want to bring the heartbeat back downtown. We want Lubbock to be a place that Texas Tech students want to stay and work after graduation. In the old community health center of Lubbock, we saw the opportunity for bringing Lubbock-ites together with a multi-functional space where you can work, eat and play all in one space on our famous Broadway road.
